In What's Cooking, there are 3 areas I would like to write about. The first one, In My Kitchen, features what I will cook up for my family dinners. These will often be simple weeknight dinners that anyone can whip up. Sometimes it will also featuremore elaborate recipes for weekend dinners or dinner parties with friends. I will try to include the accompanying recipe, where I can considering copyrights involved.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The second area, Cookbook Reviews, will feature me trying out recipes from my huge collection of cookbooks and will report on resulting tastes, time consumption, user-friendliness and such, in hope that it might be helpful to someone who may want a review before considering a purchase of a specific cookbook. And in the third area, Kitchen Sessions, I would like to write about my latest endeavour - cooking classes. My heart is to share the joys and benefits of home cooking, and if I may be of assistance, to help equip various ages of people to be able to cook for themselves and their family and friends, and in so doing take better care of themselves, food and health wise. I'm in no way a gourmet or fancy chef, but I do believe every decent home cook has valuable lessons and experience to share in the joys of cooking
